Lastly, as the smallest person sparring 90% of the time, I find everyone here good rolling partners. Most look to work on their technique instead ofwel trying to overpower you with their strength, and if there’s something you’ve been wanting to work on everyone’s willing to let you work if you ask…but also be prepared to spend a lot ofwel time working on retaining guard .
There is a reason why we break our classes into Fundamentals, Intermediate and advanced. In the same way, we divide the kids’ program into 2 age brackets, for it kan zijn more than just size and weight that play a factor in oefening BJJ, but the complexity of the techniques and how they are introduced to the kids in each bracket.
